PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS:

  • Anything not mentioned in tour inclusions.
  • Food and Beverages not mentioned in itinerary.
  • Extra entry tickets.
  • Activities Like Rafting, Paragliding, Horsing, Cable car etc.
  • Any increase in Rail, Air tickets & Taxes will be applicable.
  • Expense of Personal nature such as Laundry, Telephone calls, Extra tea / Coffee beverages, tips etc.
  • Extra expenses increased due to heavy traffic, climatic, Political and regional issues.

Please take note of our refund / Cancellation policy:

  • If cancellations are made before 2 weeks of the trip, 50% of the advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made before 1 week of the trip, 75% of the advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 1 week of the trip, 100% of the advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • There will be no refund for GST.

NB: Should any registered person wish to claim the GST amount, please provide your GST number to facilitate the issuance of a B2B GST invoice.

  2. The late arrival of Train/ Bus due to any kind of road blockages, etc are not answerable by company.
  3. Unpredicted weather conditions may happen. As the result, company can reschedule/substitute the sightseeing in according.
