Booking & Payment

• To ensure the prices, reservation must be done at least 90 days in advance. A deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required to confirm and block the booking slot unless otherwise specified.
• Full payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.
• Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure:
  Full refund will be provided.(If an advance was paid, it will be refunded in full.)
• Cancellations made within 60-90 days of departure:
  A 10% service charge will be deducted from the total amount paid which is equivalent to total package price, as reservations and operational arrangements will already be in progress.
• Cancellations made within 46-59 days of departure:
  A 20% service charge will be deducted from the total amount paid which is equivalent to total package price.
• Cancellations after full payment becomes due (45 days before departure):
  • 45 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • 30 to 21 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Less than 21 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee applies.
• No refund for unused services (meals, excursions, rooms, or transfers) due to personal choice, late arrivals, or early departures.
• In case of force majeure (natural calamities, strikes, war, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be provided as a credit note(valid for future travel) after deducting unrecoverable expenses.
• Guests who fail to join the tour without prior written notice will not be eligible for any refund.
• All eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
• There will be no refund for GST.
• NB: Should any registered person wish to claim the GST amount, please provide your GST number to facilitate the issuance of a B2B GST invoice.

Travel & Documents

• Visa Issuance is entirely subject to the discretion of the concerned embassy/immigration authorities. We will not be held responsible for delays, rejections, or additional expenses arising from the visa decision.
• We will not be liable for any loss caused due to missing documents.
• Flight Changes or Cancellations: Any rescheduling, delay, or cancellation of domestic/international flights during travel is beyond our control. All related expenses during such circumstances must be borne directly by the traveler.
• Guest Belongings: Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their luggage and valuables. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Unutilized Services: Any tour services not availed, voluntarily or otherwise, will neither be refunded nor compensated. does not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Third-Party Services: we acts as a facilitator and does not own or operate airlines, railways, transport companies, hotels, or other service providers. Hence, we cannot be held responsible for deficiencies or changes in their services.
• Government Regulations: Any changes in government policies, travel advisories, or entry rules leading to alteration or cancellation of the package shall be borne by the traveler.
• Health & Safety (Covid-19 or Otherwise): In the event a traveler tests positive for Covid-19 or requires medical assistance during the trip, we will not bear the costs of extensions, hospitalizations, flight rescheduling, evacuation, or any related expenses. These remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• Travel insurance is mandatory to cover medical emergencies and strongly recommended to cover cancellation, and baggage loss risks.
• Limitation of Liability: we shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, natural calamity, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, quarantine, war, or any other force majeure circumstances.All associated costs are the responsibility of the traveler.

Hotels & Accommodation

• Child and Adult Definitions: A person below 11 years is considered a child, and above 11 years is considered an adult.
• Standard hotel check-in is 15:00 hrs and check-out is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Hotels mentioned are based on availability; in case of overbooking, a hotel of similar category will be provided.
• Room Sharing Policy:
  • Double occupancy may be provided as twin beds or one double bed (subject to hotel availability).
  • Triple rooms may consist of a double/twin room with an extra rollaway/sofa bed.
  • Single travelers must pay a single supplement unless a room share is available.

• Please note that the itinerary is subject to change based on local conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Any revisions will be communicated to the guests in advance whenever possible
